The Research Centre is an observatory of Italian scientific research and data analysis to support the association’s efforts, the institutions and the media.
The Research Centre is the benchmark on issues of diversity and inclusion and assists members in:
- managing and developing the Inclusion Impact Index® and analysing its results: the Research Centre performs benchmark analyses and advises its member companies on measuring and monitoring D&I policies;
- collecting and cataloguing best practices concerning the principal themes linked to diversity and inclusion;
- conducting surveys of associated companies on specific themes;
- planning and promoting research in collaboration with universities and research institutes.
